Shipping & Return

Delivery Charges are Rs 199/- with Free Delivery for Orders Over Rs. 2500/-.
Orders received on Sundays and Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
Delivery time is between 2 to 5 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However, delivery may take up to 7 working days during peak shopping seasons or periods of high demand.
We confirm each order via call/SMS or WhatsApp from our Customer Service Representative if you are a new customer.

We gladly accept any unused, unworn, unwashed merchandise in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please include the reason for returning the items.
Customers must return merchandise via a traceable delivery service, such as courier or registered post, at their own expense to our address.
Delivery charges will not be refunded, typically Rs. 250.
Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer and will be completed within 2-3 working days after receiving the returned products.
Replacement deliveries are charged at approximately Rs. 350, covering the courier costs for the 2-way delivery. The customer should pack the item in its original packaging or as close to it as possible. The rider will collect the old parcel and deliver the new one.
In rare cases, we may refund the product cost based on the tracking information provided for the return without waiting for the product.

If the package is clearly damaged or the seal on the flyer/box is broken upon delivery, please do NOT accept the package.

Perishable items or items that have been damaged during use or are not in the same condition as when received are NOT eligible for return or refund.
